威澳门尼斯人2325cc高度重视对外合作与交流工作。与国际教育组织和他国教育行政部门建立战略合作关系，积极服务师生学习与交流。建设“中泰对外汉语教师合作项目”，培养致力于“一带一路”建设的优质人才。积极与英语语言教育国际研究基金会（TIPF）进行合作，学生依托项目赴外交流与深造的国家与地区已有7个，包括爱丁堡大学、墨尔本大学、悉尼大学、约克大学等。

College of International Education attaches great importance to external exchange and cooperation. With an eye to the facilitation of the international study and exchange of teachers and students, this college has established strategic partnership with some international educational organizations and the educational administrative departments of some other countries. It is committed to China-Thailand TCSL Teachers Cooperation Program and the cultivation of high-quality talent willing to be devoted to the construction of countries or regions along the Belt & Road. Meanwhile, it maintains active cooperation with International Research Foundation for English Language Education, through whose program “TIPF”students of this college can go to as many as 7 countries or regions for international exchange or further study, accessible universities including University of Edinburgh, The University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, and The University of York.  

与教育部及地方教育行政部门建立合作关系，积极服务学院国际化发展战略。与教育部出国留学中心、北京外交人员服务局、重庆市教委等单位合作，共建重庆市国际教育发展研究中心、中国西南地区TESOL国际英语教师资格证培训中心、教育部出国留学培训与研究中心、重庆市教育法治研究中心。

This college also maintains an active cooperative relationship with MOE and local educational administrative departments for the sake of its strategy of international development. It is united with MOE Overseas Study Service Center, Beijing Diplomatic Service, and Chongqing Municipal Education Commissionfor the joint construction of Chongqing International Education Development and Research Center, Southwest China Training Center for International English Teachers Applying for TESOL Certificate, MOE Overseas-Study Training and Research Center, and Chongqing Educational and Legal Research Center.

与兄弟院校建立战略合作关系，提升学院社会服务能力。与兄弟院校教育学部、教师教育学院、职业教育中心签署合作协议，支持研究人员研修与交流，推动区域教育协同创新。与万州区白羊镇等12个镇级以上政府建立合作关系，派送近30名师生开展科教兴镇和教育扶贫战略。与威澳门尼斯人2325cc附属中学、重庆市江北区观音桥中学、沙坪坝区南开小学、点宏教育集团等10所学校（公司）建立“产学研”实践基地，促进产学研用的对接与融合。

In addition, this college also seeks to establish strategic partnership with sister colleges so as to improve its competence in serving society. It has signed cooperative agreements with Department of Pedagogy, College of Teachers’Education, Vocational Education Center of other universities to support the research, studies and exchange of research workers and to promote the collaborative innovation of regional education. It has established a cooperative relationship with 12 governments at or above the town level in Wanzhou District, Chongqing, including the government of Baiyang Town. During the partnership period, nearly 30 teachers and students have been dispatched to the local areas to revitalize the towns through science and technology and to alleviate poverty through education. Meanwhile, it has established practice bases in 10 schools or companies including High School Affiliated to Sichuan International Studies University, Chongqing Guanyinqiao Middle School, Nankai Primary School, and Chongqing Dianhong Education Group in the name of industry-university-research cooperation and for the purpose of promoting the matching and integration of industry, university, research, and application.
